Our client is a newly established boutique private practice in Adelaide seeking a Registered Psychologist to join their team. This opportunity offers a consistent adult and adolescent caseload with strong referral demand and the flexibility to design your own schedule. The role suits a clinician seeking long term stability within a supportive, clinician led environment focused on trauma informed care. Work four days per week with autonomy over your diary and a steady flow of Medicare and private referrals. Clinical registrars are welcome to apply! What’s on Offer Remuneration: 60/40 split on fees for the first 20 clients, increasing to 80/20 for any clients seen beyond this. Plus, enjoy a $2,000 PD allowance per year and a $500 wellbeing allowance every 6 months. Admin Support: 3 admin staff on hand to support with any non-clinical admin tasks, ensuring you can focus on therapeutic work. Team Culture: Escape the isolation of traditional private practice! Designated team lunch break at 12:30pm, and a 4-week roster of peer contact time rotating between clinical supervision, peer supervision, team meeting & social event! Caseload: Adolescent and adult caseload only, with common presentations including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Life Transitions, Relationship Challenges, ASD, ADHD and Trauma. Facilities: Modern, refurbished clinic with brand new furnishings and plenty of natural light flooding the practice. Polished, professional feel without being too clinical! Flexibility: Set your schedule to suit you within the hours of 8am-6pm, allowing you to fit work around what's important in your life. About the Role: See 5 clients per day across 4 shifts, with flexibility to tailor your caseload and choose your hours. Contribute to the culture of the practice by engaging with peer/clinical supervision, lunches, team meetings and social events.
